HKS speedloaders, usually 2 in my pocket. Tried to carry them on my belt but did not like the way they got in the way at times. I`ve carried a speedloader in my pants pocket so long it is just automatic. I know where it is if necessary without thought---just reflex.

Five Star speedloaders, in my pockets. Usually a single, right front.

It's obvious that I need to buy some adult pants that have pockets big enough to carry more that an EDC knife and a pen. Thanks for all the suggestions...I'll have plenty of options to work with. I'm sure it will be a combination of things. Mudgen, how are those Five Stars working out for you? I've read about them, but the loader to beat, at least for now seems to be the HKS....I have several of those on hand. Always looking for something better.....Thanks for all the information Guys...it's appreciated....Sandpiper

I like my Desantis 2x2x2. It works about as well as speed strips for me and carrys with low profile on the belt. If I feel the need to carry a speedloader, Safariland is my choice.

The HKS is definitely the loader to beat, I have some, too, for my larger revolvers. I initially bought Five Stars for my LCR because HKS does not seem to make a loader that will work with the stock grip unless you file down the grip on one side. I also have a Smith Airweight Model 36, and the same Five Star loader works for both. I found that the Five Stars have a more solid feel and better tactile feedback WRT both filling the loader and loading the gun, but that's subjective. They're all milled aluminum, and Five Star makes matching range blocks so you can just drop an empty loader over a full load and twist it to fill.

Unfortunately, they do cost about twice as much as HKS loaders.

Carry speed strips not as efficent as speed loaders but when I go to range always reload from a strip to practice much easier to carry

Use nothing but the HKS speed loaders for all of my revolvers & a double speed loader belt carrier from HOLSTERRAMA in the Black leather for $24.85 + shp Can't go wrong with this carry option.

I use a Remora single mag pouch that I cut down to carry a single speed strip in my back pocket.

I also have a Remora custom double mag pouch that fits in a cargo pocket. I use it to carry one speed loader, and a spare LCP mag. When in office/business attire, I keep it in my briefcase.

BTW - for those of you who just throw a speed strip/loader into your pocket - how do you keep it oriented properly? If I try that, invariably the thing gets turned around the wrong way.
