Great looking holsters, Kevin. The suede lining looks very comfy! How well will it hold up to use and body sweat/dirt? I'm not familiar with suede. I'd also consider leather loops option.

    Good stuff.

That is a very nice looking holster, I like the suede at the back.

Does anyone make light brown kydex clips for use with brown belts?

I'm not Johny Cash, although I do wear a lot of black, just not ALL of the time...

Id like to know this too. I dont necessarily need the holster to be adjustable, but would like leather loops.

    Thanks.

Do you charge us when we order or when you ship the holster?

    Thanks

Damn I like it! Can you get a set of the belt clips from the Mini IWB Defender as well for some extra $$$?

I see one for a 5" 1911 in my future and that looks as comfy as my Crossbreed but without the exposed muzzle which wore a hole in several pairs of pants!

kevin charges the order when work begins on the holster.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

We've had a number of requests to make a version of the holster that will have leather loops. So we'll be doing that.

symr00: madecov is correct - we process payment for the order at the time that we start on your holster.

Musketeer: we do offer other styles of clips for the Mini-IWB Defender, the Cochise Defender, and the Dakota Defender. The cost is $12 plus shipping.

Thanks K-Man!! Do you make this holster for the SIG 229R? I will need one for my duty weapon when I get out of the academy.

    symr00:

Yes, we can make it for the SIG 229R. I anticipate being able to offer it for the majority of the guns we have listed on our 'gun available list.'

You do realize Kevin that, when your waiting on a nice Holster, 10-12 weeks really IS 8-10 months in anticipation time?

That is a nice holster I just might have to order one for my Kimber compact.

Wow Kevin, another great design! Really like the lines on this one and that "overlay" style front adds a nice visual accent. It'd be interesting to see that technique on one of your Eagles or Laredos ... maybe with some exotic trim.

    Question for KMan.
What is the diference between the new Dakota Defender and the Cochise Defender listed on your website? Just on appearance, the Dakota seem to be wider than the Cochise meaning the Dakota will spread the weight over more area on the belt. On the other hand, the Cochice seems more compact and maybe easier to conceal.

Is this about it? Anything more to help make the choice between the 2?
