    Cover shirts for OWB

I tend to be 50/50 IWB/OWB and have discovered Dickies work shirts to be ideal for the latter. Nice long, even shirt tails and they come in a wider assortment of colors (on Amazon.com) than you'll find at WalMart.

They're not dressy but they don't scream "guy-packing-a-gun," like vests.
I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

I prefer well fitting flannels that are an inch or two longer than normal.

Is this what you're referring to:
Amazon.com: Dickies Men's Short Sleeve Work Shirt: Clothing
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Yup, that's it. I have a few both long and short sleeve. I don't wear them daily, and I've removed the labels.

First off, the floral/hawaiian print thing is not that bad. I've often said that women have more cover opportunities then men do because patterns in blouses tend to hide things better.

That said, I like the Columbia PFG shirts, untucked, if I'm needing something to cover. They run longer than most shirts, and if you do find one that is a T, as in XLT, or 2XLT, even better. Carharrt makes a lot of shirts that are T designated as well. Of course, it helps if you're tall .... the tall ones look a little gangsta on someone 5'5" tall!

But those Dickies are nice shirts.

I'm very grateful to be at the age where it just doesn't matter anymore.

I might tuck if meeting with certain business partners, but I generally leave whatever I put on that morning, hanging out.

I buy Duluth Longtail Tees because they have just enough extra length to help keep things concealed. I don't OWB much anymore but even for IWB it's nice to have a little extra material so you don't have to be so concerned about normal movement.

It's still okay to cuff my jean shorts, right?

Those Dickies are classic. I've worn that style since long before I started carrying. Last spring I picked up some seersucker pattered Van Heusen shirts at Kohls - bought one of each color. The seersucker fabric really helps break things up.

Seersucker is hard to find but I always keep an eye out for it.

I pity the poor fool dirtbag who picks this guy out of a crowd for a robbery, only to find out that he's the local quick draw champion...can draw from cover and shoot 5 targets in 2.2 seconds, and hit all at dead center

I wear Ralph Lauren Polo "The Big Shirts"

They look decent and are extremely comfortable.

Those Duluth shirts (in general) are nice. The longer length of the T-shirts keeps you from having to wear a whole size larger just to get the extra length with a regular shirt. Or ...... check out BotachTactical.com and they often have those 5.11 Tactical Shirts on sale. With free shipping it is a good deal when they run them. Sometimes they get a bad rap for shipping inconsistencies but the prices make it worth while, at least IMO.
