M&P Shield pocket holsetr with round bottom edge?

I've been digging around, and so far only been able to find Mika holsters that have this option, so I'm wondering if anyone else has these normally...

I carry an M&P shield in a pocket holster, but the pants I wear have rounded pockets, not flat across...yet nearly every pocket holster option I've found seem to assume a very flat, horizontal bottom of the pocket. Does anyone out there make a model that fits that pocket profile (besides Mika)?

I have been buying and carrying small guns for a very long time and have a few hundred holsters, many of them pocket holsters. I now only use Mika Holsters. They are the only ones that always stay in my pocket when I draw without any gimmicks like hooks or push off spots, etc.. you just draw your gun and it stays put. For the $30 you cannot go wrong and you get a handmade holster for your particular gun and not one that fits a few similar models. It will not appeal to those seeking a show off holster or a fine leather one but a pocket holsters should remain in your pocket and not be something others see and that is the problem with many pocket holsters out there. :) The real test of a pocket holster is not practicing at home with no pressure or stress but have someone time you and try to do it fast and see what happens.

Thanks for the ideas...found some I couldn't track down before, even surfing google images.

As for altering the pockets, they're well designed for other purposes as well. I wear 5.11 Covert Khakis (original version)...plenty deep, with a double pocket design I love, including integrated magazine slots inside the zippered pockets, so altering them would throw off everything else that they are able to contain...this is one case where a simple rounded design, even without being extreme or matching the pockets exactly, would be useful.

The pocket design is fine. But it's the bottom, curved shape that's limiting you. So, consider having just that bottom part swapped out. Any seamstress or alterations shop can do this. It'll give you a flat-bottomed pocket, and it'll then open up the whole array of pocket holsters to you.
