    Tuckable IWB for under $30?

After paying for my CCW permit, I've realized that I don't have much money left for a holster. I've been looking for a tuckable IWB for an SW99 with a budget around $30 bucks.

Can anyone here point me toward the "bargin bin" holsters. I can't seem to find many out there.

try Greg. he is a bit more than $30 , but seems to be a affordable maker of gun leather. also price might vary, if he doesn't typically use tuckable clips.

    I'll check out that link.

Also, more of a question for our holster makers out there. Do you guys ever have x-out holsters? Maybe holsters that didn't turn out the way you wanted them to that you would be willing to sell cheap?

Here's a couple I found. Both look cheap, but the DeSantis looks better than the e-bay one.

O.K. these are clip style attachments. a tuckable allows a shirt to be tucked in to the pants, concealing the weapon. I would recommend against either of those holsters. they will not firmly hold a gun in place.
Honestly a good belt /holster combo is needed to
    1. keep you gun in the holster
    2. keep you comfortable carrying around a gun all day long.

Yeah, I had to give up on the idea of a tuckable. There just aren't any in my range.

The way I look at the cheap holster is that I'd rather be uncomfortable carrying than not carrying at all. Maybe that's the wrong way to think about this. I don't know.

If kydex is a possibility I might be able to make something for ya.

I'd be willing to go with kydex. I just need a holster to get me through a semester in college. I'll only be carrying a few times a month when I travel so it's not going to be an everyday rig. I'll be getting with one of our nice leather makers this summer once I start getting income from my internship.

Lemme know what you can do as far as prices.

A Highnoon holster 'Split Decision' would be a winner for you.

I'll look into that one if Rocky can't do a tuckable.

    Tuck-This

I don't know if you are still in the market or not, but this is the tuckable that I'm looking at. It is right about your price range ($32.99 + s&h). Tuckable, adjustable cant, and a mag holder. I've seen just a few post on this, so maybe someone with some first hand experience with this one can give us both some insight into its fit, quality, etc.

i use one of those for my Bersa .380 and it's great. i wear it strong-side with a slight forward cant and i can keep it hidden even in the summer when i'm just wearing a t-shirt. i also have one for my Beretta 92, but that gun's a bit heavy to be supported by a single J-clip.

I have 1. Found it to rock too much while wearing. I had a PT140 , so longer barrelled guns , or slimmer might work a bit better.

The Maverick Tuckaway might work for you:

    http://dillonprecision.com/template/...9&min=1&dyn=1&

I have two of them, I much prefer leather and don't use them any more, but they work. They sit a little low, I wish the height were adjustable--but should do ya for a semester.
