Old Faithful Belts
The wife gave me the go ahead to take advantage of Old Faithful's sale this week.
I've been needed a new and better belt.
I see you can get kydex reinforced which seems like a tougher option than my current junk 5.11 belt.
On sizing, if my current belt is a 38" and wearing my IWB holster it's a couple inches short, id be good with a 42 or a 40?
Being a Crossbreed snob I never thought about Old Faithful, but these seem legit! And on sale!

I will be interested in you review. I debated about getting one and then opted for the Hanks Amish belt instead, but would still possibly be interested in this one.

I carry IWB quite often and found it best to add 2 or so inches depending upon the belt maker. The last one I ordered was about 4" longer and it worked very well.

You can not go wrong with any Old Faithful product. I have both the holster kit and gun belt kit and they are of excellent quality.
Hank's Amish belts are good belts but can not compare to a true gun belt like Old Faithful makes.

They do have a gun belt measuring guide on their site:
Your belt size will be different with a gun belt.
Please follow the instructions below to determine the proper size of belt needed. Please don’t skip this step, but rest easy in knowing that you may exchange your belt for the proper size if you accidentally order the wrong size.
Measuring Option 1 (best)- Measure your current belt from the farthest tip of the buckle to the hole you use with all of your gear mounted.
Measuring Option 2 – Measure your current belt from the end of the buckle to the hole you use with no gear mounted and add 2-3 inches for inside-the-waistband carry.
Measuring Option 3 – Run a tailor’s tape through your belt loops, and add 2 inches for inside-the-waistband carry.
Measuring Option 4 (least accurate)- Add three to four inches to your pants waist size.
Proper measuring is crucial for a good fitting gun belt.

My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.
