Gould & Goodrich, what's your experience?

Have several customs rigs on order for months now, but they are past their promised delivery times, with no solid indication of when they will actually arrive.

I'm looking to buy something decent to hold me over, until they do finally get here. Saw the Gould & Goodrich stuff on line. Might work and the price is fair.

Anyone have any experience + or - with their IWB model for a Glock 27 ??

    THANKS !

IMHO g&g is compairable to bianchi or hume , not bad production leather . That is not to say it in any way compairs to our fine leather smith's products .

I agree with the above. G&G is very similar to Bianchi, Hume, Galco, etc. Decent (key word) leather thats mass produced. For another $20 or so you can buy custom stuff but there's the wait!! I do however have two G&G shoulder rigs that have served me well.

The belt I got from them seems top notch.

    Don't pay retail.
if you can get it at a discount it's worth it.

I get wholesale on G&G and re sell at a discount within my department. If the distributor has it in stock it's about a week delivery. It is better priced than Galco but just slightly lower quality.

G&G has been around for a long time making holsters.
They are basic no frills and they work fine.
Ebay is a good place to get G&G at a reduced price.

Here is a good site to see some pictures of the Gould & Goodrich line of holsters.

You have the right idea. Get one to hold you over until you custom job comes in. Hang on to it just in case something comes up so you can have if needed. ( going out in a rainstorm, etc.)

    Post Gould & Goodrich

They have an extensive Police/Leather holster & accessory line.
I'm not sure but, I think they started out way back when doing LEO Leather.
