Small guns like that will conceal under a T shirt for most people.

Living in Texas, it's really uncomfortable wearing IWB during the Summer months. Hence, I find myself not wearing as much as I'd like.
Can anybody suggest some decent high-riding OWB holsters that are easily concealed? (Shield 9mm)

The Slide Guard from High Noon is a good choice. Also TTGunLeather has a great high ride option.
Mernickle Custom Holsters - Performance Series Mernickle PS-6. It rides very high and its OWB. I own one.

+1 on the Sideguard holsters-the 'high slide'.
I will rarely post, but will read (and hopefully learn) a lot
With the Shield being so slim, I wanted to try out my first OWB holster for it to see if I could get it to conceal as well as a G19 IWB. I normally carry Appendix, so I wanted to see if I could get a OWB holster that sat high on the belt and forward of the hip to not interfere with me sitting down in comfort and also conceal.
I ordered from PER-SEC and got it several weeks ago. I've been pretty pleased with the result and have come to use this holster a lot for my Shield.
That MidWorld Modular holster mentioned earlier looks like it would the job also
Just bought a Mernickle PS-6 for full size 1911. It was delivered in less than 3 weeks after ordering. The holster rides high enough that I can conceal my weapon by wearing the shirt untucked. It is the most comfortable holster I own.
I use high rise OWB for both my 1911 and my HK. Two good ones are the Tucker HF1 and the Galco Concealable.

Here at the rock, we have two basic rules...
Glock 27 for every day carry (LCP for deep conceal when necessary)... Glock 23 for the home.
Call me Iggy. Only my mother calls me by my full given name.
I tried the Per-sec and did not care for it.
Went to Galco Tac Slide $45. = shipping.
Just love it
