New Nossar IWB Arrived Today
Received the Nossar IWB-III I ordered for my 1911s today and it is to put in one word, AWESOME!! Absolutely the nicest rig I own and I have them from Alessi, Sparks, Del Fatti, Bulman, Sherrick and 5-Shot along with a few others. The detailing is just unbelieveable and this is the thinnest IWB I have ever seen and it's made from horsehide. It arrived packed in a cloth sack similar to the one Seagrams Crown Royal comes in which is a nice little touch and took just a little over three months for delivery! I have a Pancake-H on it's way also which would have arrived at the same time except Alex caught a slight imperfection in the dye so that should be here next week. It surprises me that his work hasn't caught on here in the states yet but I'm sure thats about to change however, he's not taking any new orders till February 07 so be patient

Alex's work is truely amazing.
I would love to know where he is getting horsehide that thin.
I have contacted the suppliers here in the U.S. and none of them sell it that thin, and you can't split it on a conventional splitter.
When you folks read this post, trust torrejon224 when he says it's thin. It is half the thickness of any IWB out there, but just as stiff if not stiffer.

God, Id love to know where he gets it.....Horween sure isnt up to the task. It makes sense that it can be that thin and still work.
Mark....ever played with bull hide? Kinda a cross between the better herman oak and horse hide...its cool stuff.
Shoot well and god bless
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice..........Rush
