    Belt choices for CC

I am shrinking. In the past is was very happy with my Minotaur leather belt. However it is a size 44 I am now a size 37 moving to 34. The old belt no longer fits and I am not inclined to buy 2 more belts at $90.00 a pop. Can anyone recommend a belt that is adjustable? A lot of the ones I have seen locally are Chinese junk with plastic buckles. I am looking for one that looks good for cause wear too

Personally I would leather punch some new holes where I needed them and trim the Minotaur

Here's one: Two Fools Leather Goods. Made by Curt, aka GunBelt here on the DC forums.

Here is a list of several belt makers, from a prior discussion: click. Perhaps one or more of them has such a thing like the TFLG above.

I can't. It is the tapered model.

The taper is on the side with the holes as well

I bought a Galco. It's comfortable and gets the job done, but after less than a year it looks ragged. Probably won't buy another one.

Wow those belts by Two Fools look great. The price is reasonable as well.

Try a Wilderness Instructor belt, as it is a velcro belt it is very adjustable as your waist size shrinks. I go up and down in weight and it has been great.

I have a Jake Belt, made by Theis Holsters (Theisholsters.com | Products | Custom IWB Holsters) and it is the best cc belt I've found so far. Makes even a 1911 comfortable. Also, a great shop to do business with.

Bison Designs makes a nylon web belt. US made and has lasted 4 years so far. It has been used in and out of work, carrying radios, tools, lights, and pistols. Cheap too! Find em on Amazon.

Edit: I remembered you were looking for something more adjustable. This is a regular belt, but a good one nonetheless.

Get one of those cheap-o nylon (?) belts with the aluminum buckle (looks like some kind of climbing rig) that gives infinite adjustment and use it until your "shrinking" comes to a stopping point. They work fairly well and will serve you until you can get one in your final size.
