IWB Holster for Colt XSE Commander?

Any suggestions? I went with the Stealth Gear Onyx for my Ruger SR9c but I have yet to receive it since ordering in mid-September and would rather not wait that long again (plus it was about $100). So, I have Colt XSE STS Commander on order, what IWB holster would you recommend? Thanks.

The gold standard in leather fora lot of people is the Milt Sparks Versa Max II (VMII). I have several of these for different guns.

Ordering from Sparks takes quite a while, but I found my Commander version in stock from Alan Yost (512) 426 0027. He seems to have them in stock for 1911 variants most of the time.

A good alternative is a Galco V hawk which is a knock off of a VMII that is about 95% as good as the Sparks. I have one of these also, and it works out great.

My favorite 1911 holster has been the Milt Sparks Summer Special II for many years with many different 1911's.

Yessir. I have a VMII and a horse/shark 55BN (which I plan to sell), but my SSII gets the nod for my 1911. And my M&P. And my M&P compact. And my M11........

This guy makes a pretty good copy of the VMII, good product and price, takes about three weeks.

The classic, minimalist Sparks Summer Special is usually in stock at Brownells for 1911s.
