I have been looking for a holster for my S&W M&P 45 compact. Right now I have it in a IWB from Jay-Pee that I use with my Glock 19. I have checked a bunch of websites and as of right now, nobody makes a holster specifically for this gun. I'm sure there are holsters for other guns that will fit the 45 compact. DeSantis said the pancake for the full size 45 will fit the compact, but it won't be perfect. Are there any 45 compact owners out there and what holsters are you using? I am interested in an IWB, a pancake and a shoulder holster. Please let me know what brands and specific model numbers that you are using? Thanks for your help.---Sturgis

TTgunleather.com He does beautiful work . Made IWB for my xd sub compact, your model is on his list.
Before I bought an IWB from Old Faithful Holsters, great holster BTW, I found at least 1/2 dozen other manufacturers of holsters for the 45c.

This is a High Noon holster Slide Guard for a M&PC. I never used it. I checked it for fit with my now sold M&P 40C. Nice snug fit.

Thanks for the replys. My buddy just gave me a Jay-Pee OWB with a thumbreak to fit my 45 Compact. As I said before, I am using an old Jay-Pee IWB with a thumbbreak that I used for my Glock 19, but it's very light weight, so I'm still looking to replace it. I checked out all of the places you suggested. Some of them had what I wanted, but no thumb break. The Tagua 4in1 looks promising, but I need the thumb break. Others had what I wanted, but only for the 9mm or 40, not the 45. I'm looking for an IWB that has a single belt clip and a thumb break. I want to wear the 45c as an appendix or belly style holster, but it must have a thumb break. I'm recently retired from LEO, but I still do my body guard work in Manhattan and lately I have been dealing with a lot of Occupy Wall Street types. This requires me to put my hands on some of these animals and I want a quality holster with a thumb break for when I have to get physical. I also want a comfortable IWB for off duty, but that must have a thumb break, too. I have never worn an IWB that had two clips and a big sweat guard as some of ones listed, but I'm sure I will try them out in the future. Thanks again for your replies.---Sturgis
