It just amazes me how thin these are. Comfort is unbelieveable as well as the worksmanship. I'd love to see a pic of his shop, having been to Peru some of the conditions are shall we say austere! Anyway, I have two more on order for my commander in cowhide and I'm curious what they will be like. Doubt that they will be as thin but one never knows! Thanks for the comments!

I think they will be almost as thin. I discussed this with Alex and he is having his leather (both horse and cow) tanned locally to him to his specifications.
    His work is truely impressive!

Mark, Thanks as I was hoping they would be. It really lends to the comfort level as every disc in my lumbar spine is gone! What surprises me is that Alex is a relative unknown in the holster world although I have a feeling that may change.

Although I do not have one of his holsters, having exchanged a few emails with him I consider Alex one of the truly high class guys in the profession.

I wish I could think of a holster I needed so I could order one from him. I understand that he has stopped taking orders for awhile so he can catch up on his orders. If that is incorrect please correct me.

    Best,
    Jerry

No orders till Feb 07. Michigun only accept the money. Alex sends the holster to Ned and he contacts you, you pay and he mails the rig to you.
