Kramer makes the MSP paddle for the Beretta 8000 Cougar. Doubt there is much if any difference between makers. The MSP is an awesome paddle and is great for CCW!!

    Welcome to the forum.

Well....in two minutes of Googling, I discovered that Blade-Tech's paddle holster is available in a left-hand version for the Cougar:

    http://www.blade-tech.com/Paddle-Holster-pr-876.html

Bianchi has their Model 59 Special Agent leather paddle holster with thumb break for the 8045 (a 8000 will fit):

    http://store.packinheatleather.com/bianmod59spe35.html

DeSantis has their Yaqui paddle holster:

    http://www.desantisholster.com/029.html

Don Hume has their Model H720 with a thumb break and without:

    http://www.gunnersalley.com/product/H720
    http://www.gunnersalley.com/product/H720OT

...the sites give you a choice between right and left-hand carry.

    I've purchased from Gunner's Alley...they are a good operation.

    Downrange,

Check your private messages. I have a OWB paddle made by Strong for left handed use. I am right handed. I bought it used but didn't pay attention. Let any one have it at cost, I pay shipping.

thanks a lot guys. i did see some for the beretta but i was weary because for the amount it cost i didn't want to get it and then have it not fit the stoeger. i went to bladetech.com and it and got theirs with more confidence this time. thanks again.

A Stoeger Cougar 8000 and Beretta Cougar 8000 are the same gun; just the Stoeger is made (under contract) in Turkey by Stoeger which is a Beretta subsidiary. Beretta is not making the gun any longer themselves. People I know who own both say the fit and finish are identical.

    Blade-Tech's good stuff! Great choice!
