    Null SMZ

I bought one of these and it arrived today. I know a couple of people on here use them. I was hoping for some tips when it comes to adjusting it. It keeps sliding down my shoulder a bit even with the tie-down of the other side tight. Especially when seated.

I was also wondering if you guys wear it up high or let it hang a bit. I have mine pretty high with the muzzle almost in my arm pit.

    Thanks for any info.

The Holster [straps] should actually be adjusted to where the firearm is secured in the highest riding position, with the muzzle forward (out) of the armpit.

I got mine months ago, for my R9 - and confess I have as yet to get it fully set up - but as LOS says indeed - get the gun high. Takes some getting used to IMO but as a special purpose rig I do think very handy to have.

I looked at the pics you posted a while back los. I had mine adjusted a lot differently. I put the three-way section closer to the middle of my back like you had yours and it is more comfortable and better balanced that way. I think it will take a little more fine tuning but so far this is much better.

I recall posting a few photos and a few video clips of the SMZ just a few hours after I had taken possession.

I'm not sure I had the Rig properly adjusted. The photos were taken to demonstrate the skeletonized and stealth features of the SMZ while the video clips were taken to demonstrate how quickly the weapon can be released.

It is imperative that the Holster be adjusted pursuant to Mr. Null's enclosed instructions before the intent to carry is initiated.

The SMZ is very nice Rig and fulfills it's intended purpose extremely well.
