Need leather 'planner' type CCW under $100
Here in the great state of IL, I need to keep my gun in a "Case made specifically for guns" that can zip closed while I transport it.
Ive seen a few of these simple leather organizer types (and im pretty sure the fanny pack is out) but they all cost between $80-$100--a simple case! Im sure the same thing (not made for guns) goes for $30 or so at a stationery store.
Anyone know where to find a good deal on one?
Edit: This is for a small S&W J frame--I just need enough room for the gun and one speedloader

That one might just be the ticket! 'pleather' or a good canvas is fine with me really.

I have one in brown leather. Can't tell it from any other day planner.
Got it through Dillion website. Don't recall the maker.

Unless it is a legal requirement save your money. I tried a planner and it felt like I was carrying a brick! Put me down in the I do not like planners column. Regards, Richard

I've used a planner for years. There are numerous times when it is the only way I can carry. I've never had a problem. Coronado leather makes a nice one, but it's pricey.
