Can someone make me a Kydex belt clip
This is what I am looking for in a nut shell. I would like my belt line to be flush with the top of the clip so the holster sits flush with my pants waist line. The holes are 1 5/8 inches apart from center of holes. This is for a 1.5 inch belt. The screws must be accessible yet still have enough meat between the screw holes to make a good clip on to the belt. I am not and engineer so if you can think of something better I am all for it. This is for my everyday carry rig so the thicker the better. I would be more then happy to pay. Please PM me if interested.

I would try it yourself first. Kydex is cheap and easy to work with. You can get a foot for 7 bucks. Just use a heatgun or toaster oven to heat it up. There are many good sites that explain the process. No special parts. Most can be found for free. I am looking into this as well. Extremely easy. You already have your template.
Here's an example. http://www.northcoastknives.com/nort...dexsheath2.htm

Rocky's quickly becoming THE MAN for kydex. Amazing how quickly he's mastering the kydex and developing designs. Wish I had a link to the picture thread posted a while back (hint hint).

I'd be interested in that too. I am going to make a set for my Kahr, since nobody I've found makes what I want. If thats a sucess, I will make others for my Glock and Sigs. Maybe I ought to do that the other way around... Would it be easier to work with a larger pistol first?

some of my work. I think a small pistol or knife would be good to start with, as you have less area to have to work. my toughest build yet was a Carbon fiber pancake holster for a .44 mag 4" Taurus revo. Lots of material to build it.
