Pics: HBE Leatherworks IWB holster for my P239

Posted this last week but it got lost in the crash so I thought I'd repost.

Ordered an HBE holster a while back and received it some time ago but didn't have time to post pics until recently so...

This is my second HBE holster. While waiting for my order, I actually found the original HBE holster that the model was patterned after so I had one to use while waiting.

When I finally got mine, I got a cool surprise in that Eric added in a little sharkskin treatment for my wait time. The quality of both of my HBE holsters are top notch. Looks too good to use and fortunately I have another to use and unfortunately may not even see any use because I've since gone pocket gun/carry with an MK9 in a PCS pocket holster.

    Definitely would recommend HBE.

Nice! Eric does good work. I have a sharkskin belt and sharkskin holster he made and they're great. I have the belt on right now.

Since you say the holster may not get used too much as you have gone pocket carry, would you like to sell it to me? I carry a P239 and I wouldn't mind having it at all.

PM me if you would like to part with it. It is a beautiful holster.

I've been wondering what to do with this one lately cause I already have one and, sounds weird, but hate to mess it up. But there is something coming up later in the year and I have been considering gifting it to someone.

If I don't gift it, I will try to keep you in mind if I sell.

    Thanks,
    don

Every example of Eric's work that I've ever seen is something to be proud of.

I know that there are some folks unhappy with Eric's ability to return calls or emails, but he has had some trying times around the shop. It's good to see he is back up and running, hopefully full speed. I spoke with Eric about a year ago and ended up buying a holster he had laying around unfinished. I wanted an IWB for the Smith & Wesson 65-5 I recently traded. The Com 3 I received was everything I could have wanted. It was well made and looks like was heat shrinked around my gun. I could turn the holster upside down and the gun would stay in place, yet a light shake would release the gun to fall freely. I loved to hear it "snap" when I put the gun into it fully. I will be ordering another in the near future Eric.

A+ for Eric (hbeleatherworks). I've got an Com3 from him for my Pro CDP and love it.

What a beautiful work of art. As far as "gifting" it Don, let me be the first to say thank you. It's just what I wanted and you can pm me for my address.
