I use a Bianchi Pro 100 Size 10A, for my PT145 (Same size as a PT111). It's an IWB, excellent leather workmanship and about $40.

At the top of every page, there is a holster makers place. Click there and locate kdholsters. I ordered two from him early Jan. They should be here sometime in March. From what I see and have read, they are high quality rigs. Quality is worth the wait and money. FWIW

My PT-24/7 Pro rides my hip in a Tucker Heritage IWB. It is super comfortable and well made. I can also use the same holster for my PT-145 Millennium Pro. I like having one holster that can do double duty.
    Here's the 24/7 Pro
