After weeks of research. My first iwb holster is...........

SHTF gear along with one of their mag holders. Just placed the order today and will be picking up my shield next week. After endless research i went with shtf due to availability price and customer service. With availability probably being the most significant factor because I want to start carrying ASAP. They were in the middle price wise. I really liked the stealth gear onyx but don't have the patience for 2-3 week lead times. Feel like a kid at Xmas now Lol.

Great choice. I've got one of theirs for a Beretta 92 that I like a lot. You won't be disappointed.

I'm not saying we should kill all the stupid people. I'm saying remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out.

In the same boat. I am wanting to try a IWB holster for everyday wear. I have just about narrowed down between SHTF Gear and the Onyx by StealthGear. Both look good. The Onyx seems like it might be cooler during the summer months. If that is the case, the price difference may be worth it.

I like mine. I have several of the hybrid type from different makers, and the SHTF holster is by far the best made.
    My EDC: Springfield XDS
My sometimes EDC: Colt XSE LW or G26

I would agree Tradition. If I were in a southern climate such as yourself I think I would go onyx. I just ran down to the gun shop and bought the shield and now have to wait 48 hours till I can get ahold of it. Damn waiting periods.

SHTF Holsters are the best value in a hybrid there is as far as I'm concerned.

From a film of the past! "Patience grasshopper"!!
It took you a long time to get to where you are today, so another week or so is no big deal!
On a less serious note, your choice and experience will be the only determining factors as to whether you made a good choice or not.
Keep us posted! Since I have not seen any of your previous posts, welcome to the clan.
    Stay safe! TKH
