Recommend a temporary holster for me....
I traded my .40 caliber P239 DAK in for a Glock 26 today and it will be my new carry gun. I got on the phone and ordered a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 for the Glock but was told there was a 16-22 week wait. Now I'm looking for a temporary IWB holster that isn't too expensive to tide me over until my VM2 comes. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

How about a Galco product? Some people like them and some don't. It might be worth a look.

Good luck with your decision. You got yourself a great gun. Congrats!

I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend. I'm using an Uncle Mike's el cheapo IWB that I bought for $10 for my N-Frame wheelie until my Incognito Deluxe gets here from Mark Garrity.

Check midwayusa for a Bianchi holster. I have a clip IWB holster for my 1911 that ran me around $40. It works pretty good, eventhough it isn't reinforced.

When I get a new gun I call the holster maker and Don Humme. I order the holster I want from the maker and a 715 from DH to use until I get the custom holster.

you can also look into comp-tac's c-tac IWB. very quick delivery and a very good holster that holds value pretty well if you choose to resell when your VM2 gets in.

Uncle Mikes Has a IWB for about $12.00 - It is a very thin cloth clip on type, but it is working just fine for me while I wait For My Max-Con V. Most Gun Shops will stock this item. Uncle Mikes is also very fast on delivery. Good luck.

I am waiting on a MaxCon VI for my new G26 and purchased a Don Hume to get me by. Even though I plan to carry IWB with my MaxCon I got and OWB from Hume so I could have it for range use and such in the future. I could see no reason to have an unused IWB around later.
