I hate my Pager pal...it keeps paging me and when I call the number it tells me it's no longer 1990 and I should get a cell phone.

I've used Smartcarry almost everyday for a year. It works great for me.

I've never tried PagerPal, but can tell you SmartCarry is great.

Don't know if you've tried, but if you move the IWB back a little behind your hip flexor (??) muscle, you should find a "sweet spot" that rides very comfortably. If the gun is pushing against any muscle, which it may do at 2:30-3:00, you'll get lots of pain. Just another suggestion. It also hides a little better back there for most people.

Didn't any of you read my post? The pager can be replaced with a cel phone. How many of you don't have a cel phone?

I have the Smartcarry and liked it very much BUT I went to Tampa gun show and talked to the "Thunderwear" guy. I will not buy a smartcarry again. I bought a Thunderwear for my Dad for his birthday and I will get one for myself. Thunderwear is twice as good and not a ripoff of some other product. JMHO.

I have Smartcarry and Thunderwear, really like to use a pair of pants with an elastic waistband and no belt with these holsters, it's just a little faster than with the belt.

I have a Smartcarry that I use frequently. I usually wear sweat pants or wind pants in the evening around the house. Once I put them on I don't change if going out to run an errand or some such. The Smartcarry work very well when wearing pants with the elastic waistband. I will occasionally use it instead of my IWB holster when wearing blue jeans or docker type pants, depending on how deep my "cover" needs to be for the occasion.

Can't speak to the pager pal or thunderwear as I've never owned either.

For those of you that use the smartcarry, what type of weapon to you carry?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I thought that Thunderwear and Smartcarry were made by the same guy and he just changed the name?

    Must not be the case.
