    M&P compact holster ( Kydex)

Made this last night and finished tonight . Belt slots on back to match the Ares belt width. I am looking to make the most comfortable holster I can. I have a IWB that works well and is easy to put on, however all day wear isn't optimal comfort.
I heated and slapped the back sheet against my side at the location I typically wear the pistol , then molded the rest around the backer. test wearing it seems fairly comfortable, time will tell.
Pics show holster, belt and spare mag. Other pic shows back and IWB holster.

    Very slick set up, Rocky.

I'm a fan of the larger pancake designs. The gradual curvature on yours looks amazing; I bet it could carry a lot of weight effortlessly.

Looks AWESOME to me, Rocky but what can I say that hasn't been said already by one of the Masters ?

But it looks all SCALY and SCARY and stuff - like - you know - Godzilla or somebody...

    Nice work ! And I see you're a southpaw.

Very nice. It is amazing what we can come up with when addressing our individual needs.

Warm kydex on the hip... you may be onto some new form of hip treatment

    Looks good.
I like your use of grip tape on the mag pouch, too. I presently use Velcro hook if needed.

I guess when one can make their own it's probably more comfortable and fits better.
