    Another set of belt pictures...

Here's a link to some pictures of another one of my belts. You're all tired of looking at holsters, aren't you?

This one's a dual-layer, Hermann Oak 1-1/2" wide in Cherry with a black waxed & burnished edge treatment and common cross-cut pattern with cam border and white stitching.

I have to keep reminding myself and repeating "I shalt not open any more pictures posts on this forum, I have children to feed and college funds to save for!" Thanks a bunch! Beautiful belt.

I sent Bruce an Email telling him I liked the belt. I also asked him to make me one that I can put my Trophy Buckle on, that I won too many years ago.

I never wear my Trophy Buckle anymore, since I wear a suit and tie daily now. I know the quality of Bruce's work, and nothing leaves his shop until he is totally satisfied with his work. He used to make my Bull Ropes, and they were the best you could buy.

I have one of Bruce's belts, and wear it most weekends. It's one of the nicest belts I have found for wearing and packing iron. I can't wait until he gets started making holsters.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. This one didn't score as high on the "Response Scale" as I'd hoped it would, but I'll post new designs as I kick 'em out. I think the cross-cut's pretty cool, but the design does have a limited appeal.

I'm about as conservatively dressed as a guy can get without dressing like a priest. I'd wear it in a minute. That's a work of art and stikes my fancy as far as fancy goes with me. Yeah, I'm looking at the pics again! I'd have to get a smaller buckle, though.

I like the belt, not a big fan of big buckles though.

I think a lot of guys like the plain belts better, I guess stamping is kind of a "western" thing. That being said, I do like that one, especially the black cherry color. Like the other one you posted, it looks like it is buitl to pass on to your kids.

Uneven flare stamps. Over-run cross cuts. Keep at it.

Thanks, Ping. Nit-picking is good...that's exactly what I'm looking for. The design intent on this one wasn't precise layout so much as "free-form" cuts. Makes it unique...and the pictures don't quite do it justice--another one of those deals where it looks a whole lot better "in person." I really appreciate the critique--the "nit-pickier" the better!!

    retsupt99,

You wanted a link to my site? I didn't get your post, but then I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer...
