I sent him an email yesterday. Nothing, not even the auto response I got last time so far. I hope everything is okay on his end.

No contact. I called my credit card company and they in turn called PayPal. I've already recieved my money back on my card and that's it for me and Ranger. Mike

I have not heard anything, placed an order in Dec. Have sent emails and letter, with no response. Lesson learned
His web site states that he is no longer accepting new orders and is concentrating on completing back orders.
But, even that message has not changed in months and has not been updated.
If you paid him by major credit card then you're probably covered. Call your CC co. and get your money paid back to you.
Try a differnt maker.

Damn... I hope he is OK. The holster shown in the middle (blue background) is the one he made for my FNP-9. He was courteous and fast. I think I remember he had serious flood troubles in his shop right after he shipped my order.

Yeah, I'm right there with the rest of you on this one. Maybe one day I'll see what I ordered. Already bought something else from another vendor.

Patience is a virtue and mine are being tested. Hopefully the gear will arrive one day. I payed by paypal so I'm stuck. I'll just keep him in my prayers.
We will be much better off when we learn to deal with things as they really are, instead of how we wish them to be!
No you're not stuck.
You should be covered on a bum transaction by PayPal but, expect it to take a while to get your $$$ back.

Paypal only gives you 45 days from the date of the transaction to file your complaint, and 20 days after filing the complaint to make a CLAIM.
By the time I knew there was a problem, the time period had elapsed.
SO basically they will do nothing. CREDIT CARD from now on.
I did get a payback from PayPal once on a bum transaction....off Ebay. It was a bit of a PITA getting them to fork over the $$$ but, they did finally pull through for me.
I did not know that they had a 45 day limit.

Yes, I found out the HARD way with Ranger. When I had what was looking to be a problem coming up on another recent transaction with another vendor, I filed the complaint, and got a fast reply from the vendor and things were resolved.
