    Comp-Tac Infidel question

Hopefully there are a handful of people that could answer my question. I really like the holster body of the Infidel and I would like to use the belt loops so I could take it on and off easily.

Only thing is that in all of the pictures of the belt loops they look a little flimzy as if they lose the stiffness. I really hope that the loops are stiff like the Blade-Tech belt loops. Could anybody confirm this for me?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi 40calibermikey. I have no experience with the Infidel using the belt loops. I do have an Infidel though with the Gurkha attachment that I do like. IMHO, it is much more stable then just using the belt loops!! It is also very easy to out on and take off. It is a very well made holster. Here are some pics of mine.

I had this holster for my M&P compact 9 but had to send it back. Trying to connect it to my belt was not easy or secure. The clip on the holster side seemed as if it was not made to fit a belt at the top end of the clip. I had to wedge the belt into the clip. The clip on the gurkha fit perfectly, but the other clip would not ride on my belt. The belt is a standard gun belt too!

    Thumbs up Get it.

I have it for my G19. I have the leather straps. It is VERY comfortable. I've almost stopped carrying my 1911.

It does look comfortable. How stiff are the straps?

Funny thing, the two straps are cut from a different piece of leather. One is kinda stiff the other is softer. I have a 1.5" belt and it stays put. There are two sets of holes so if you have a 1.25" belt you can make the straps smaller. I opted against the clips because I've had holsters come out when drawing alot in my classes. With this I can unsnap the 1 way snaps and pull the holster out easily.
