While waiting for my Cochise Defender

I wanted some Kydex for some shop projects and Rocky sent me to a good source. Thank You Rocky.
I made some brass deflectors and catch basins for my reloading gear and in doing so I became totally obsessed with this stuff! It is truly amazing material.
Anyway, while I'm waiting for my K&D Cochise Defender to arrive I decide to try my hand at some holsters and "stuff"(not my original intention, sorry Rocky).
Here are some pics of what i came up with.

    EDIT
    Took some better pics.

How about some pics of how you did it.

I have thought of giving it a try, but just haven't taken the time.

How about your supplier in case I change my mind?

Yea I had seen those kits and almost ordered some Kydex from them.

I have saw a molding rig on the web that was using mouse pads as the foam insert in the press.

I would really like to hear about your process.

Did your mold it against your own gun?
