I have one Kydex holster that has one flaw. When I thread a leather belt through the slots, the plastic edges scrape the belt. What products are free of this flaw?
Blackhawk and Blade Tech models avoid this problem. For OWB I really prefer a paddle on a kydex holster. For me, they hold the gun more firmly than loops, regardless of belt. Also, no issue with belt scratch.

You may be able dremmel or file that out to fit. I have the same problem with my Kydex holster, but plan on just taking a file to it rather than getting a whole new holster.

I use the sharp tip of a triangular file to take off the sharp edges . A dremel will work, but , it is hard to keep a even line while grinding off material.
