I have one of their Monarch Rig shoulder holsters and it is great. I have the standard monarch style rear harness and noticed that it kind of sags on me. It still fits fine but I just didn't like the sag. I gave them a call to ask if I could purchase their 'Y'-harness which looks like it would solve that problem. No problem, they are sending one out to me at no charge. They obviously want the holster to fit properly and their customer to be happy. I appreciate that kind of service.

When I ordered my first holster from Sam I screwed up on sizing the belt loop. I called him to order a larger one and he asked if I was changing belts? I explained my mistake and he said he'd send me a free one. I said no, my screw up and I'll pay. Well, don't argue with Sam, he wouldn't even let me pay the postage! He's had more business from me since! A great gut to deal with.

I've ordered two holsters from Sam Andrews. In a word, he's a standup guy. His holsters are top quality! The only drawback is once I placed my order, I was checking the mail box daily--knowing full well it would be weeks before the holster got there.

I asked Sam about those pictures once and he laughed about it. Sam really knows gun handling BTW. It does get peoples attention and THAT is the name of the game, make something stick in someones mind....
