I recieved the cousin to the Kangaroo today in the mail. I got the DeepConcealment Shoulder Holster from Pro Active Gear. It has 2 mag pouches on the opposite side for balance.
I tried it on and found it to be very comfortable. Its for deep concealment for sure, but I can see using it when I have to dress up. I have a Smartcarry which is good for this too.
It recommends wearing a white t-shirt under the holster. I could see wearing this for hours with a 642. I tried my XD40SC in it and even with the short mag I think the grip sticks out too much.
    A 642 works great.

I also bought that same holster and found it to be too tight. They are exchanging for a bigger size. I now have worn both and I think the Kangaroo will work best for me. But I'll go ahead and keep both.
    Smart Carry does rule tho'.

I looked at both and they seem interesting. It looks like they would be easily concealed under a polo shirt.

Honestly, how is the draw from that holster? I know it's deep carry but it seems that it may be too difficult to access.

Just as fast as any other way if you know how to wear it and practice,it also depends on the clothes you wear. I love mine. sj

It is deep conceal , so its not gonna be like owb or iwb. I've read on here about people sewing a button to the button hole,( so it looks like its buttoned ) then putting velcro on the shirt to keep the shirt closed so you can rip the top to "buttons " loose and draw. Or wear shirts that snap rather than button. It makes sense to me. I see using this carry method only a few times a year, but thats worth the $$ to me.

I have been wearing a kangaroo style holster when at the office (as I am at a job that does not have a concealed weapon rule, but it is not looked well upon). I wear it with any shirt, although I am looking into the Smart Carry for Golf style and polo shirts. I do not notice any printing, and I have worn the holster for 12 hours or more in some instances.

I have no complaints with the holster. With two slots for magazines, I feel quite secure.
