Bianchi Speed Strip carrier...
Does anybody make a leather carrier for a Bianchi Speed Strip (or two) to fit a 1.5" belt? I just recently obtained a vintage Colt Cobra .38 snubbie, and I want either a Speed Strip pouch of maybe a speedloader pouch, but all I've ever found were ones for a duty belt which is 2.25" wide! I thought about maybe a single mag pouch and putting a Speed Strip (or two) in there, but I didn't know if the rounds would fit...anybody got any better ideas?

How about an open top double speedloader pouch? Seems like I've seen those before...somewhere...
I'll need some new "smaller" grips for this lil' Colt. I think the grips would hinder the use of a speedloader.

I had a similar issue with the grips on my 642, the factory rubber grips were causing the HKS loader to hang up. I picked up some Barami high grips and I really like them, nice and smooth for the loader. Now I jsut have to get a Tyler T-Grip for it.
You may want to find a generic cell phone holder for the strips...
I can't think of anything else that would do the job, most times I just carry the strips in my watch pocket.

Dillon Precision not only has a very neat catalog but they also have speedstrip carriers in black leather. Bianchi and Blade-Tech make open top speedloader carriers.

I am not shure who makes old style dump pouches anymore , but that is what we used to use .

I should be able to meet your requirements. I would need to do some research and compare to my Model 60 I have. I also have access to a K-frame.

Actually, if you can make one from a K frame snub - that would be even better! Because this is Colt is a dept issue gun that my Chief of Police issued to me for a BUG until I can afford to buy my own. I am not a Colt fan and when I can afford my own, it's going to be a Smith & Wesson - probably a model 12, 2 incher, which is basically an airweight model 10, so a K frame holster would work better. Also, I would rather have the speed pouch WITHOUT the tooling and it and the holster should be for a 1.5" belt.
Any law enforcement discounts?
