If you have not checked out AKJ Concealco, you should. Their are several options you can choose from. It could take about 12 weeks if it is not a "ready line holster." I think you will find what you are looking for.
I have had one since before the fist of the year, and love it. And the price is very reasonable.
If you don't protect your self, who will?

I was thinking the same thing.......

IWB is uncomfortable enough without adding thickness IMHO.
I know it's not what you asked for but I'd recommend an Alessi WSDT (aslo made by Sparks) for IWB or a nice Kydex from Sidearmor. They make a holster that can be adjusted to any cant you want.

I'll give this a +2, since Smith10 already gave it a +1. See if this one meets your needs.

ISP-SS in a left hand configuration, specify the cant you want, and you should be done. No "from the ground up" custom. I'll mail an invoice for my consulting fee. :)

Check out the K&D Holsters Maverick Defender. That sounds like it could fit the bill. http://www.kdholsters.com/basefile/iwb-defend.html
