From my right, your left: XD9 4" model in a Dale Fricke Gideon Elite, CRKT Minimalist with it's factory holder, spare 16rd mag in a Fricke Gideon Elite mag pouch. All of that on the now (sadly) defunct Sneaky's Urban Belt.
This is actually the set-up from a few weeks ago, I now have a Fricke horizontal mag pouch. It is insanely fast compared to a vertical pouch, and much easier to get to under a cover garment. I also have a Zack holster from Fricke Holsters (yeah I'm a bit of a fan of his gear ) that covers the trigger, so it is as minimal as Mexican carry but much safer.

Go for somethin a bit smaller for conceal. If you insist on the 1911 you gotta keep it on the outside as the bulk will bite you no matter where you stick it. You have a warm weather area and can't use a coat option to conceal. Your body size is also something to consider.

My previous EDC was the Kimber Ultra Raptor. It was starting to wear the kim-pro finish slightly on the frame so I went back to a polymer (M&P9c) EDC, so I wouldn't need to worry about scratches and the usual holster wear.

An older photo of the Kimber carried in a CBST (when I was kinda FAT 205+ lbs)

Photo of the M&P9c carried in a CBST (oh my the fats gone 168 lbs)

Looking good, Where do you buy leather like that? I've wanted to try making my own hybrid. I've found kits online but they look like crap

    Cool

    .

My carry gun, a slightly modified 9mm PT-1911.

This pic shows the setup just after a competition, but the only change I make for concealed carry is I use a normal 10 round mag, and adjust the exact same Hogue holster to be high and tight with forward cant for OWB CCW (Holster is a heavily modified Hogue PowerSpeed rig).

The unloaded gun is kinda heavy at 64 oz, but manageable with my carry suspenders.

    Winter carry only.

Reason #346 to love my Ruger LCP.

My normal carry is a XDM in a DeSantis SOB, but that doesn't work at the gym obviously.
The LCP is so light I can put it in a Nemesis holster and the elastic waistband is strong enough to hold it. I'm not going to run a marathon with it there, but I can easily do pretty moderate activities, and normal everyday stuff like walking, bending etc are all fine.

Looper Leather Rough Out IWB and Glock 29. Thinking about exchanging it for the upgraded model so it will pull the grip in tighter.

It'll do until my Ritchie Leather CQ-QR gets here in a couple weeks.
