Max Con V and Wilderness Belt
I have a wilderness belt that I use with a Tucker Heritage. I have a Brommeland max con V that I will be using now also. Maybe a question to Gary B or anyone that uses both or another holster with leather loops. Has anyone had any issues or problems with the wilderness belt cutting or wearing the leather loops faster or more than with a leather belt? The edges of the wilderness belt seem "sharper" than a leather belt and was wondering if this creates a problem for longer wear? Thanks.

Not at all! I carry with a Wilderness and MC-V without any problems whatsoever!
Regardless, the loops are replaceable but it would be years before you would ever have to change them if for some reason the Wilderness did cut into them over time.
I have EDC'ed with this set up for two years and everything is good.

Train and train hard, you might not get a second chance to make a first impression!

No problems carrying mine with the Wilderness belt either. I've really gotten to like the added adjustability it allows as well. It's a great combination.

Thanks guys. I really like a leather belt better, but I'm always one of those between holes type guys. With the wilderness, I can set it up exactly. I don't have any concerns with the Tucker because of the kydex clips, just wasn't sure about leather loops.

I'm the same way, I much prefer the look and feel of good leather but it's so much more comfortable being able to get exactly the right amount of tension with the Wilderness belt it's hard NOT to love them. There's no need (or not as much) to hitch my pants up during the day or suffer with a too tight belt just to avoid having the rig weigh down my pants. I opted for the "coyote" color for a bit less tactical look and it works great with jeans and cargo shorts.

If your rig is a little on the heavy side you may want to consider the 5-stitch + plastic liner option. No sagging there!
Why is it that you always find things at the last place you looked?

+1 on that!
I started with a 5-stitch but later upgraded to a polymer lined model.
What a difference! I recommend everyone get the lined Wilderness belt.
