Are those fatboy friendly? They appear to be regular cut as opposed to a relaxed fit. I'm a 40x30 wearer, so I like the extra room in the legs and other areas. That seems to be the problem I have with regular cut pants.

They're pretty much a regular cut. Sounds like the Levi's 550 relaxed fit would be more to your liking.

I ordered a black Wilderness Instructors belt last night. I ordered the 5 stitch. What model do you have there Jack, is it the 5 stitch or the poly insert model?

Also, I was looking at the 5.11 khaki pants, they don't offer the same detail in desriptions that you provided with the jeans. Do you know if the khaki's have the same type inner pockets?

    Nice pics!!

    Devo:
I went with the regular 5 stitch, no insert. I've been wearing it more often lately and I really like not being "between holes."

I can't swear to it but I think the khakis have the inner pockets. I know ExSoldier (Jim) has tried them so he, among others, could offer better advice on that. Drop an email or PM to Rolex Dr. and check his prices, he was able to give me the best price I found on the jeans and MUCH better than what's listed on the 5.11 website.

    Hi Jamie:
I appreciate your service and great price. When I find a good source I try to pass along the info so others can benefit as well.

Since you're here, do the khaki's have concealment pockets like the jeans or just the cargo and mag pockets on the legs? I'd thought about trying a pair but I've always HATED elastic waistbands. It always felt like my pants were falling off so I can only imagine what that'd be like after adding the weight of a handgun.
    Thanks!
    Jack

P.S. Anything yet on the website you were planning?

Since I'm fed up with the people I get my 5.11 stuff from, let us know when you get the website up and running. I go through more of their pants than I care to admit.

Thanks Jack! When I get a few extra bucks together I will contact Jamie for pricing on the Khaki pants and shorts (if available). I am a big fan of the cargo shorts. Can't wait to try out my multi adjustable Instructor belt!
