    Wilderness belt

I know this might be a dumb question but how do you who wear a wilderness belt run it through your pant loops. I mean, do you start with the loop on your left or on your right?

I'm right handed and keep my ccw at about 3:30 or 4:00. It's either a tucker heritage or a brommeland max con v. This puts the front loop about 2:30 or 3:00. When I snug the belt, the end comes right up to and maybe past the front loop on the holster. I've checked size on the belt and couldn't go any smaller or the velcro wouldn't work correctly. If I loop the belt starting on the right pant loop and through, the end is on the other side and it's not an issue.

I know I can just turn the belt around. I was just curious if anyone else has seen this and what they did. Thanks.

This picture show pretty well how I am guessing it is worn.

Mine works just fine, it ends just before the holster, but then it is a blade tech, not sure how it would work with leather.

Anyway I don't really think it matters, I would just turn it around and wear it the other way.

mine comes around on the right side and stops just before the blackhawk serpa2 that I will use for OWB at 3:30. from what i've been told that is proper.

when going IWB, it'll take up a bit of that and be able to cinch it down to any particular comfort level.

Men's belts are fed starting on the left and ending on the right. Women's belts are the opposite.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. The end of mine comes past the front clip of my c-tac. I just let it go over the clip and velcro down past the clip. Works ok with the c-tac but I really can't use the belt with an OWB pancake without turning the belt around. I purposely bought the belt 1 inch oversize to accomodate IWB carry.

Yes....I have started doing that. Just seems a bit awkward at first but really not a problem. I do love that belt.

I wear mine in the usual fashion, starting from the left. No problem with the tag/velcro end, but I can see where it could pose a potential problem with some holsters & the position they are worn. But you can move things around as need be to suit you. There are no BELT POLICE, at least the last time I looked around over my shoulder.

Yes.. I wouldn't have a problem if I carried at 4 oclock but I like mine at 3 oclock.
