Safariland Kydex security paddle holster, and new gun (Once I qualify).
The holster is constructed of thin Kydex (no thicker than Comp-Tac). It does however have a very nice "locking" system that locks the gun into the holster through the ejection port. The release easily used when obtaining a normal grip.

Safariland is geared primarily to LEO's but I think this will serve well both the times I am in plain clothes and off duty.

Here's the new gun sans holster

    Where is the release at?

Since Safariland makes this holster as a full duty rig with a thumb break style hood I would prefer not to post it. Suffice to say I think the system works well for concealment but is way over kill for duty use. But it is a very natural draw stroke and release.I like the release better than the Biannchi carry lock as it is hidden and unobtrusive.
