milt sparks VMII is always a good choice. Very comfy and conceals very well! Long wait but not as bad as some other makers. You could probably find one somewhere like ebay or the forums. You could also try a K&D dakota defender, I don't have one of those but I hear great things about them.
+1 on the versa Max II.

comp-tac.com now has a leather\kydex holster available that looks promising.
I've got a shape of holster that just seems perfect for revolvers. I carry my SP in it all the time.

Well, for a gun that small & with such a short barrel, OWB would work well. I recently got a Hume JT belt holster from a forum member for my S&W 442. It was very comfortable & the bottom of the holster is maybe 1/2" below my belt. It's very easy to conceal with an untucked T-shirt.

I carry mine in an IWB from Concealco. Can adjust the carry angle, fits the gun very well, and is comfortable. The holster pictured by UBG would also be a good choice. I have one of his holsters for a different gun, it is a good design and he makes a great holster.

I can't recommend highly enough the Fist Ultra-thin kydex holsters. IWB. They are literally paper-thin and strong enough that I've never broken one in the 3+ years I've carried them. I've found none better, so I've stopped looking. I have about a dozen of them.
Not trying to insult but wanted to throw this out there. Have you tried moving the one you have around a little bit, a half inch forward or back can make all the difference in the world. I see guys on here wearing IWB holsters in positions that make me hurt thinking about due to different body types and guns. I do believe you need a different holster and everybody has their pet maker, call any of the reputable shops and tell them what you like and don't like. Personally I like a spayed apart double clip with leather body shield type like KD and Crossbreed.
