    Suggestions for Pocket Carry...J-Frame

I'm getting a sweet-looking snubby in the near future. It's already on layaway. A Smith & Wesson 36.

Any suggestions for a pocket holster?

I use an Uncle Mike's size 3 Sidekick. Soft and stays in my pocket when I draw. Protects the gun from anything else in my pocket, which I try to avoid.

I carry a 442 in a Kramer pocket holster. I find it to be a great setup and it really works for me. I also considered a Milt Sparks PCH-R.

Mika pocket holster. Quick service and is great to deal with. Very nice holster.

UM's Sidekick & the Mika holsters are very good for the low end. Safariland makes a nice pocket holser for J-frames. It's line with some synthetic leather like material around a plastic frame. It hides the print well & curves to your leg for comfort.

Otherwise, just about any holster maker makes a decent pocket holster for the J-frame.

I like my Don Hume Pocket Holster for my J-Frame.

Not too exspensive, decent quality for the money and works well. Mika's is a great "low-end" Pocket Holster, and probably my next one.

I like my Rough Out pocket holster. I even have some in stock in all 3 colors.

    My model 60.

I use a Galco Pocket holster that protects the pants from getting snagged by the hammer while in the pocket or on the draw.

I'd go with Mika. He is a stand up guy and makes quality products.

Sideguard holsters are great. Reasonably priced and awesome otherwise. I have a pocket holster for my Kahr P9 and it works like a charm.

I can recommend the Nemesis and the Mika. I did this to my Nemesis with some carpet thread. Of course, when the gun is in place, the trigger is completely covered and inaccessible, but it gave me a better purchase on those short little handles.

I agree with Matdicdad and MNburl the Roughout by Sideguard is and awesome holster. I use to carry my S&W 442 in a Mika's but I got the Roughout for a couple of bucks more (if I recall correctly $20 shipped) and it is my new prefered carry method. You can't go wrong with it.

i would also look at the clip draw. it is one of the best belt clip made. it will also work with a pocket holster.
