Not AWOL (or UA as we Marine wives know it) but over worked and under paid!
Kahrgirl and I are in communication via email but to shed a little light for others who might be interested in the topic, one must remember that sometimes it's not as easy as saying, "get this holster and this gun, come back and see me in two weeks."
Body shape, size and lifestyle have a lot to do with it. I'll recommend something entirely different for a 100 lbs professional surfer than a 250 lbs office assistant. Or even a 100 lbs office assistant and a 250 lbs surfer.
Note to Keltec and Rohrbaugh lovers: We can't buy those in CA.
i don't know anything about female carry. although, i'd have to say that i can't imagine keeping your firearm in your purse as being a good idea.
more importantly, welcome to the site!
War is not the ugliest of things. Worse is the decayed state of moral feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which he cares for more than his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free. -J.S. Mill
At least the winter is jacket weather. I think my wife is set on a Coronado purse for summer.
I'm not too excited about the purse. My hubby was talking about suprising me by coming home early one day. He was afraid that he would get shot. But then he made a good point, by the time I got to my holster pocket, pulled my gun and was able to point it at him, he would have already grabbed me and I would have no chance. So, I have decided to go back to carring IWB at about 4-5 o'clock. Wearing an undershirt and then an unbuttoned shirt. It covers and hides the gun quite well.
Happiness is a warm 9mm
not to mention that you would never point a gun at someone until you know who they were and their intentions...
Many times I have tried to carry women concealed; they always managed to print or come out of the holster...no offense intended. Men have too may bulges to carry them concealed.
I carry a gun because a policeman weighs too much.
