For those of you who have not ever actually seen or handled any Stingray Skin...think of each of those tiny bumps as being little nodules of extremely hard shell pearl. That is basically what they are.
The exterior surface is not "leather" at all. It's more like natural armor. Well, that's what it's intended to be. Protective armor plate.
It's a very difficult material to "work" and have the end result be so beautiful.
He did a wonderful job.

First of all, my favorite color holster is cordovan and to see this in an exotic leather holster...this is one of the most beautiful holster I've seen yet.
