Buy a higher quality holster and you won't have to be doing such fixit jobs...another reason to be patient and order a custom leather rig.

I carry my XD 45 in a Max-xon V IWB holster from Gary Brommeland, and it's great! Very comfortable, and excellent quality. There are other fine holsters, and some may equal the Max-con, but in my opinion. none will beat it.

+1 for Smart Carry. It's comfortable, and versitile. You can use it for more than one gun, and in more than one position.
