It looks pretty good for $9.99 Does anyone use this belt as regular gun belt? (with OWB holster, etc). How does it compare to wilderness or other gun belts?

I have something similar. I find it too thin and don't trust the velcro to hold up my gun. A wider belt will hold better, but heck for $9 why not try it?

My personal opinion is that you get what you pay for. The belt may seem nice now, but how about a year down the road. They are more expensive, but a Wilderness Instructors belt is a better made belt that will last a long time.

I used something similar years ago under my nylon duty belt. It was fine for that, but I don't think it'll hold up as a regular belt. Also, those things have that "rough stuff" the velco sticks to, the entire length of the belt. After awhile, they'll tear up the outside area of your pants.

    Good luck, though.

I bought one and was very unhappy with it. Not only was the velcro weak, but if I pulled the belt to tight and pushed out with my stomach the velcro would break loose. I think that is a poor use of materials.

I bought the NP313 from galls.com and received it two days later. I'm very satisfied with the $9.99 belt. It's lighter than Beltman's $80 Dual-Layer Bullhide Belts with velcro sewed in but supports my G19 in MTAC very well. For OWB holsters, Beltman is better but for IWB holsters, Galls is just as effective and more comfortable. Good belt for $9.99! I'm using this Galls belt if I untuck my shirt.

Its not a bad deal, but its meant to be a inner belt- not a gun belt.
Galls brand stuff is hit or miss, I'm willing to bet that the belt will not last long as a gun belt. Then again, its only $9.99.... plus $6.99 shipping.
Oh wait... now its a $16.98 belt. All of a sudden its not such a great deal.
