Shoulder Holster
I'm sure this has been covered in the past, but...who is the best maker of a shoulder holster system for the Glock 22? I only use the shoulder holster when I'm sweats, going to work out, etc. and not wearing a pair of pants where I can carry IWB. Right now I'm using a nylon Uncle Mike's, but I would like to move into something a little higher quality

here you go
Buy a Falco..not Galco. Falco is inexpensive and super well-made I have 3 for my glocks!

I have two harneses both of the galco system , one is an early ( pre the name ) miami classic and the other is a jackass rig ( which pre dates galco a bit ) . while over the years i have hung onto the harness's and tried different holsters ect.. i have yet to find a better shoulder rig, and i have yet to find just how to make any shoulder rig comfortable for all day carry . Mine have holsters , and get used for special event carry such as weddings , ect . If i can go to an event and change to regular clothes in 4 hrs or so , well i may wear one , other than that forget it lol .

"The best?" IMO, Alessi Bodyguard. I owned the Miami Classic and the Alessi -- no comparison.
"The most cost effective for you?" Harder to say. I will say that IMO it doesn't pay to get a cheap, unergonomic s/h. They're just not worth it. But once you reach a usable level of comfort and workmanship -- and yes, the MC is well at that level -- it's up to you where on the price/quality curve you want to be.
