Anybody else CCW the Glock 17 ? My carry methods are OWB with cover garment in the fall,winter, and spring. During the summer months I use the Galco Escort waistpack. A little slower on the draw, but at least it is with me. With 18 rounds on tap, I disregard a spare mag with either set up. I know...I know...tempting fate without a spare mag.

i do sometimes been carrying my 1911 a lot more now but i use a don hume iwb and owb holster i carry it in..
Also picked up a cheepy shoulder holster to try out and it works good plus 2 extra mags in it not to bad to carry

My brother does from time to time. I have carried his G17 around a few times, and it should be just as easy to conceal as a 1911.
BTDT. I use a strong side OWB most of the time. I can also drop it in my front pocket when I wear Dockers.
A spare mag isn't bad to carry either.

Sure do. I carry my G22 (same size in .40) in a UCR holster. Nice baggy shorts and a loose t-shirt and I'm good to go.
