NOT a FOBUS !!! Have one, it sucks. I'm still trying to understand whatever possessed me to buy it in the first place some years ago. Not sure why you would want to ankle carry, when the Keltec lends itself to pocket carry so easily. To ankle carry you'll need long pants and most pants will have a pocket that should easily conceal your Keltec P3AT. Drawing from an ankle holster is neither fast or easy in most instances, in any event, surely not as easy as slipping your hand in your pocket.
A good pocket holster is the K-Rat for Palehorse.
Try Ken Null holsters - http://www.klnullholsters.com/ for an ankle holster. He has a good rep, along with a quick turn around.
Heard a rumor, by the way, that the dust and such one kicks up while walking tends to get into the works of an auto carried on the ankle. My guess is that others with direct experience one way or the other could contribute here, but I'm with Sass' in thinking pocket carry would be better unless you had an overriding reason for ankle carry.
