I recommend the work of Eric Larsen of HBE Leatherworks. I have a tuckable COM 3 (very similar to a Milt Sparks VMII). It's black with shark trim. I couldn't possibly ask for more. It's so darned comfortable as to not be believable. Plus I really like the option of wearing my shirt tucked in (I do most of the time). It conceals a 5" 1911 with a beavertail and magwell on me perfectly...and I'm not just a huge guy like tx45acp. I'm 6'2 & 215lbs. with a 34" waist and my Springfield loaded just disappears...even with my shirt tucked in. It's all day comfortable and he'll make it just how you want it (long wait time is the only drawback...but that's to be expected with custom work). It'll run you +/- $100 and is worth every penny. This guy is good. Check out his site : HBE Leatherworks
There are way to many choices for 1911 gunleather............way to many. Take a look and be patient, seeing whats out there. If any maker can help you with a design and tweak it to your liking...they most likely will do that.
Shoot well and good luck.
