A suit is the easiest way to carry. I have used a carry-loc owb and an MTAC IWB. Both work well if you leave your coat on. The MTAC is tuckable and only leave two plastic hooks. If you don't want the hooks you can get a velcro hook.

I've been carrying Kahr PM40 in an IWB tuckable Blade Teck for a year working weddings as photographer.
Having replaced the PM40 with a G27 (a little bulkier) I'm not sure which way to go. In the meantime, been carrying Kel Tec .380 in pocket.
Maybe it's time to dig out the "Smart Carry" again.

I usually carry my G26 in an Galco Ankle GLove. No one ever knows. The suit pants also slide up past the gun easier than jeans.
I have also carried with a paddle if I knew I was going to keep my suit coat on. Both are completely concealable and comfortable.

Check out the Monarch shoulder rig from Andrews Leather. It has a strap across the back to prevent the gun from falling forward when leaning over. I've never used a shoulder rig, but this would probably be my first choice:
