Just wanted to add that I have a Bare Asset and a Split Decision and even though they aren't designed for one handed reholstering, I haven't had any issues doing it. Looking forward to purchase another High Noon holster but can't decide if I want the straps (never tried it) or the clip.

Will you be producing one that has a cant that will be a stocking item?

    Question

    Alex

I dont see a listing for the Colt Mustang in a Split Decision. Can you tell me which gun model would be compatible with it. I have read somewhere that the Walter PPK would probably work I also wondered about the Colt Pony.

Its an OK fit, the ppk is longer so you have some leather left over at the bottom. You can order it if you do not like it just return it its not a problem for us.

The Clip is great!! A reverse J hook which we produce in house. Two links below for more info.

Straps are nice also you can get them in 1/1/4 or 1 1/2 natural or black.
Its between six and a half dozen when it comes to strap and clip.

    Questions

    J Hook

    Alex / Justin,

I love the two tone color of the Alter Ego photo... Can you do that for the cant style Closing Argument? I wouldn't see why not?!?!

It just depends how the leather came in. The Closing Argument is a two tone like the Alter Ego. Just that picture of the Alter Ego is a bit darker then the Closing Argument pics on the web. You can always tell us you like it a deeper two tone and we will hand pick the pieces.

FWIW - I ordered the Split Decision on Monday - it showed up yesterday for my PPS. Great quality, thin, and the clip - let's just say that I'll wear out before that clip does!

I experimented with it some - it seems the most comfortable worn between 5 and 6 o'clock - which makes it a bit tricky to draw. The flip side of that though is that it does an outstanding job of tucking and makes my PPS invisible.

    Outstanding review from me!

I'm looking into buying a High Noon holster for my S&W 9VE. The Split Decision seems to be a popular choice here....and I can't seem to decide between it and the Hidden Ally. I know the Split Decision has the 15 degree cant to it.....but I'm not sure what one is a better fit for me.

Any advice on this? With or without the cant...that is the question.

    Thanks....great forum here!

I've always found that a slight cant is more comfortable to me, and I do have a Split Decision. Do you have access to holsters of the different types that you could try? What works for everyone else will not necessarily work best for you.

I recently purchased "Bare Asset" holsters for both my Kahr CW9 and Glock 19 and will say I am very impressed with them. They fit the gun properly, they are comfortable, the clips are great, and the craftsmanship is top notch. As fas as one hand reholstering, I have not had a problem with it. It is actually much easier than with the Galco Sto-and-Go which is supposed to allow one hand reholsters. Definitely worth more than their price.

Ordered the Split Decision a few minutes ago. From what everybody is saying, I won't be disapointed. It will definitely be a change from my Smartcarry.
There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong, but the middle is always evil.
