You carry a Browning Hi-Power for CCW

So, how do you carry it? What do you carry it in?

I've got a Bianchi 6D-14 IWB holster that I carry at the 4:00 position. Not bad, but I'm thinking there are other alternatives.

Milt Sparks Watch Six or a Fist #9K. I'm still trying to decide on a nice leather OWB for it but the Fist works great, it just ain't purdy enough for it. The WS is extremely comfortable.

Well so far, not having range tested my Hi-Power, I am just toting it around the house in a Milt Sparks VMII(1911), I can't believe how much lighter it feels than a 5" 1911.

I have a UBG Canute and Milt Sparks VMII on order, and will carry betweem 3:00-3:30.

I don't carry it anymore, but when I did it was in a custom designed shoulder holster worn under my suit jacket. I carried two extra mags on the right side.

I have a new FN Hi Power in .40 S&W and it fits in all my 1911 holsters. I'll use my Versa Max II for IWB and my Rafter S for OWB.
    Great pistol.

Ditto. I've made the same observation carrying mine around the house in the Bianchi holster. I have lightly range tested my BHP and love the way it shoots and groups. It is a very sweet gun. That's why I'm even considering it as a carry gun. The grip is a bit wide, but if that portion can be concealed I'm good to go.

    Hi-Power

I carry my Hi-Power in a Crossbreed Super Tuck. Today it is at 9:30, sometimes at 8:30. I find it is most comfortable a little in front of the left hip. This works well in the fall and winter.

I carry my FM Hi-Power in either a Galco Summer Comfort or a Fobus C21 paddle.
    Glock 19/FEG/FM HiPowers/Keltec P32 for me. When I can't use my 870,N98 or Marlin .30-30 of course...

In my Kramer Handgun Leather - Revolver holsters, concealment holsters, paddle holster, 1911 holster, ankle holster belt scabbard or my Tucker Gunleather HF-1 with a denim shirt and the tails out. Ok, I am not very dressy.

Wish in one hand and spit in the other.

What I'd ideally like to find is an IWB, tuckable, cross draw, that rides really high and has a thumb break.

I carry mine in a KyTac Braveheart. Conceals very well and is fast on the draw.

    Milt Sparks VM-2 & BHP

Simply the best most comfortable holster and pistol combination I have ever worn. It fits the 9mm and the .40 equally well.
